When do you play?
Club Nights: Mondays (except Bank Holidays), 7:30pm-9:30pm.
League Nights: Fridays, 7:30pm-9:30pm.
Do you accept junior members?
Not at the moment, all members must be over 16 years of age.
How big is the club?
At the moment we have over 30 members, and we play on 4 courts guaranteeing lots of games.
Is it a mixed doubles club?
Yes, we play mixed, ladies doubles and men’s doubles but do not currently allocate court time for singles though court space may become available towards the end of a club night. We’d particularly like to encourage more ladies to join.
What is the right standard for the club?
Intermediate level or higher, a few years experience playing doubles would be advantageous.
How do I join?
Contact us first then come along as a guest for a trial period of 3 weeks; if you like the club and your standard of play fits in with the general level, then you’ll be invited to become a member. We charge £6 per trial session which is deducted from your fees if you become a member.

Do you play in the summer season?
Yes, we play all year round.
Do you play in any leagues?
Yes. We have 2 men’s teams, 2 mixed teams and a ladies team in the Bristol League.
What shuttles do you play with?
We play with feathers, and their cost is covered as part of the membership fee. We do not charge a shuttle fee.
What if I can’t make it every week or can’t make it by the start time?
Don’t worry, there’s no obligation to be there at any time, we’d be pleased to see you whenever you arrive.
Do we allow guests to play?
Yes, as long as you’re known to us and contact us first. We charge £6 per evening. Guests should be aware that if we are busy, priority will be given to club members.
